At SimplyTek, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SimplyTek account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
